Hi all. Does anyone have any pointers on converting a 3D bluray to DCP? The bluray which is the source in this case has the 3D encoded as MVC. From my reading, this means the right eye picture is encoded as a separate stream (which is a delta from the left eye). Have ripped the bluray with MakeMKV which recognises that it's an MVC-3D stream. And the file it outputs appears to be the right size so I think MakeMKV is not dropping the extra stream or something like that. But I haven't … [View More]

[DCP-o-matic] Trusted device KDM for Cineworld Glasgow Silverburn screen 11

Hi all, This is a bit of a long shot but maybe someone can help. I'm trying to help somebody make a KDM for Cineworld Glasgow Silverburn screen 11, which appears to be a dual-projector ATMOS room. We have the certificates for two TI ICPs and an Doremi IMB, and an example KDM for this screen. The IMB and ONE of the ICP certs make sense, but the fingerprint of the other trusted device in the working KDM does not match the other ICP cert (if you see what I mean). Hi When i'm trying to make a kdm key to my DCP clip i get this message "Error - invalid/unauthorized clip signature" It's working on some of the auditoriums. We got DSS200 and Cat. No. 745

[DCP-o-matic] Force re-encoding of DCP

Hi all. Is there any way to force re-encoding of a DCP? We have a DCP which has an illegally high bitrate, and would like to re-process it to re-encode the frames at a lower bitrate. Usually, where you don't alter the image (crop, colour conversion etc) DCP-o-matic is clever enough just to repackage the original J2K frames without re-encoding. [DCP-o-matic] EasyDCP creator

Hi all, I have a DCP-o-matic DCP which gives a load of warnings from EasyDCP but you can't see the details of the warnings without the full version. Does anybody have access to a full version of EasyDCP creator that I could run it though to see the details? All the best, Carl

[DCP-o-matic] Problem with the configuration and starting of the DOM v.2.12.13 / macOS Mojave 10.14/1

Dear, recently the DOM crashed during creation of the DCP from a ProRes file. After that crash I can't start the DOM. [DCP-o-matic] Screen X

Hi all DCP-makers. Did anyone encounter film-copies for Screen X or made them? Does it use DCP or there is any another technology? It uses single DCP for all of projectors or separate DCP for each projector? Is it 2D or 3D? Thanks in advance! -- Regards, Igor Voytovich
