Hi Carsten,
I don't think it's _very_ difficult, just a bit fiddly: dealing with
the audio output API for three different platforms, and then mangling
5.1 or whatever to stereo or whatever the sound card supports.
I suppose, though, something would be better than nothing in this
regard.
