Hi,

It seems that your project is scope.
If your video is 2048x858, just select "scope" is Content/Video/Scale to and "scope" in DCP/Video/Container

The video in the preview should look as it will be displayed in the theatre.

We converted a video and via the program it showed that it was fine but when we played it through the Projector it cut of some of the video via sides.

We had wording on the sides of the video and it cut off.

The Video resolution was 2048x858.

Via the program we saved it via 2 types.

16x9 flat and full frame flat.(16x9 didn't cut but it went skew.

Our projector can display 2k.

Is there anyway of fixing this issue or converting it via a different scale or anything we can do by our end.
