Hi Carl,
I started working on dcpomatic player, I tried to build from source. I am
facing the error. Segmentation fault (core dumped).
I am new to C++ Environment. Could you please help me with the fix.
Since we need to build multiple libraries here, could you please let me
know the tags for the stable build wrt each library.
And also please let me know the suitable IDE for development.

There is no small work-around that I'm aware of. The main reason, so far
as I know, is that the JPEG2000 decoder is too slow.
It would be interesting to profile the player, but I think it would show
that the bottleneck is OpenJPEG. This really needs speeding up in order
to achieve full-resolution playback.

You might have bigger problems with the performance of the player
if you
want to play back DCPs at full resolution.
