DON'T!!! Some kind of information needs to be out there, just a 75
pages book is probably not the most adequate.
Of course people don't read, and festivals are stressfull and we cut
corners and forget good practices easily.
Glossary on its own, in a web readable format that Google can index,
will be a huge help.
Study cases are really interesting, and just confirms why I got
angrier and angrier during the first pages of the document.
I will love to know more about EDCF and probably how to participate. I
suppose this list is not the best place to keep this conversation
going.

Oh, keep them coming. It absolutely needs to be reviewed and discussed publicly.
Basically, I have given up hope on that. People don't 'read' anymore. Not
even in their native language. You can give them all they need to follow good rules, but
they keep coming back asking questions or making errors that are clearly covered in the
text.
