[DCP-o-matic] issue with prores file (.mov) not automatically populating sound channels

Hello, I love your program and works great with everything I’m doing for the Melbourne Film Festival that I’m presenting all the entries. The issue I’m having is a video that was sent in that is a ProRes/.mov video that is 7.1 sound is not automatically populating the sound channels for DCP-O-Matic. Can you help me with this issue?
