If a subtitle language is added in the name dialog and dom is not
adding a track itself, it's safe to consider that the subtitles are
burnt in the master.

I tried a few times with subtitles already burnt in the source video
and they are always upper cased.
I think the only way to do this is to let DOM create the ISDCF Name, then copy and edit
manually, as DOM does not know when source footage already contains burnt-in subtitles.
