Hi,
If you need some more testers, I've already got a Pi 2 to do it.
Some tests with an Odroid XU3 Little.Big 8 cores would be interesting too (100$)

By the way, would it be possible to allow DCP-o-Matic find encoding servers outside its
own LAN?
With servers like Pi2 powered with a few watts, this would allow us to settle some kind of
worldwide distributed encoding farm.

Carsten - seems like a good idea to test it on 1 PI before buying a job lot. But if

It's difficult to say. I'm tinkering a bit with the Poznan JPEG2000
encoder:

which is CUDA (nvidia). It remains to be seen how easy it is to make it
do cinema-standard encoding. I am no expert on JPEG2000 nor CUDA, so it
may take me a while.
There is also an effort to accelerate OpenJPEG using OpenCL (I think).
That would be great as it would be much easier to integrate into
DCP-o-matic.
