[DCP-o-matic] DCP-o-matic 1.72.0 released

Hi all, DCP-o-matic 1.72.0 was released. This is mostly to fix a bug causing crashes on analysing audio (and possibly also on DCP creation). We also have: Potential improvements in encoding speed, especially on fast clients. Allow specification of video frame rate for cases where content headers are read incorrectly.
