You can get them back by ticking "show experimental audio processors" in
the "advanced" tab of preferences.

Seems like audio processors have gone away in DoM 2.16.8
Only left is « half channel / demi canal » and it no longer works as it used
to ( nothing in rear and LF ).
I did not dig - maybe it's my installation.
I often use the « phase inversion » one, kind of pro-logic… maybe I was the
only one, lol.
