Almost certainly not (unless you hit an obscure bug in DCP-o-matic, which
is unlikely for common formats).

Does it matter what the original file is whether it is
an MP4 or MOV or anything else?

The projector was a Barco DP2K-23B. Thanks for all the input guys, I will be
heading back to the Theater in the next few days to test this out.

Hi.
I have seen this behavior before with 48fps and 60fps 2D DCP's.
Afair it was only Dolby DSS200 servers that did this.
To compensate, a new preset was made that used a different PCF file on the (Kinoton)
projector (MXFI_185 if I'm not mistaken). It's a few years ago
though.
I just tested 60fps 2D DCP on a Barco/Doremi IMB/SV and that play on the standard 2D Flat
preset with no color problems.
I'm curious which server this is played on?
Kind regards,
Jonathan

Hello everyone thanks for responding. I will try this cutting it down to 25 or 30
frames per second. The specs are below of the video file i
tried to make into a DCP package, I am new to all this so I appreciated the help
hugely.

Hello,
I am having some issues, this was my first time creating a DCP set of files
as a buddy wanted me to make a commercial for a
local drive in movie theater, so I made the MP4 video out of still pictures
and logos and some backgrounds and music. I
then took my finished MP4 and used DCP-o-matic to convert to the files needed
on the Barco DP2K-23B projector used at the
theater well we play it and the whole video is highlighted like pink. So then
i am confused and download the player to
check it at home but it plays the same file with no pink at home so now I am
lost hoping the player would do the same thing
so i could trouble check. Any thoughts on what I should do?
