4k is not a standard Bluray, but Ultra HD Bluray. While converting standard Blurays in 1920/1080 is straightforward nowadays, even using free tools, it will be more complicated for Ultra HD Blurays. You need a special optical drive for it, special software, and converting a full length feature in 4k will take extra long in DCP-o-matic.
Plus, if this is done for the first time, there is an extra learning curve.
A standard Bluray - > DCP conversion, including ripping and DCP conversion, can be done in 4-5 hrs on plain vanilla consumer hardware (below 1000US$).
For UHD, this can easily grow to a day, and only if you know exactly what you are doing right from the start.

Hi,

I have a cinema that wants to use your software.
Does it transfer 4K Blu-Ray to DCP?
What is the transfer rate, X2 or X4?

Thanks
