Indeed, my firs reaction too. Finally something that make some kind of
sense. Usually this kind of terms are kind of badly written, I will
always feel the urge to create an unplayable DCP that actually follow
their non-sense. This one only have a couple confuse rules about CPL
and some non-sense 1998px X 1080px request on files, but 1920px
accepted on DCP. Not bad.
As for RIP, I remember a discussion about that here or at ISDCF. Some
server had a problem with MXF not including the **optional** RIP
thing, it was solved promptly by the manufacturer.
I don't believe that an MXF from DOM does not pass an asdcp-test.
