That is quite typical when using separate audio/video files. The one reason why I usually
suggest to use single combined/interleaved audio video files. You can always extract audio
from an interlaved file if needed, but in most cases, separate files are not necessary for
DCP conversion.
Don't know if Premiere has an option to align audio and video tracks when exporting
separately.
You will have to find out now where the audio and video are aligned. You should be able to
shift them the necessary amount in DCP-o-matic in the Timing tab.
