Yes. You can add most standard image formats like JPEG, PNG, TIF, etc. as single images
using 'Add file(s)'. Under 'Timing', you can set the duration for which
the image will be played. It will play silent, but you can also add some audio if needed.
Under the content tab, you can also set fade in/out times in h:m:s:f to fade in/out
from/to black.
