is the message coming from your DSS200 Server?
When, when ingesting the clip, or when trying to play it?
Do all your auditoriums use DSS200 and CAT745? All on the same software?
Is it an Interop or a SMPTE DCP/KDM
Where (geographically) are you located? This could actually be important...
