Hi
It's possible you are running into similar problems to a Threadripper user

I think the problem is that the decoder thread is not able to keep up with
the demand from the encoder threads, so they are a little starved.
There are a few things that the decoder thread does that could be
multi-threaded. I hope to get that work done soon.

We noticed that the CPU load during encoding averages 60%
Can you tell me what to look for why such a low coding speed?
