Indeed v2.1.23 solved the issue with image sequences. There is now maybe something unexpected with previewing : if arrows are used to play frame by frame, you can go "above" last picture… And time/number of frames may not be right. (time.png)

I have the feeling that previewing with still images is slower in v2 than in v1.
