you may remember a forum thread where one user said he was able to play his 'DCP'
with Media Player, but with wrong colours. We never got to the ground with him, but it may
indeed be possible that MS Media Player is able to play J2C MXFs. As such, it would be
natural that there is no sound.
Personally I give a *hit on MS Media Player, so I don't have a current version to
test. Maybe there are also some OS specific issues between MP under WIN7, WIN8/8.1, and
WIN10.
