Carl,
* Ticking "Use DCI name" aborts on both Windows 64bit and a Linux build. Btw,
consider using the naming convention by default. Yes, it's medieval and pathetic but
it's the best we've got in terms of metadata for operators. The last thing anyone
needs is everyone coming up with their own nomenclature.
* It will build a SMPTE composition without sound. In a SMPTE composition sound is
mandatory (in all reels).
My linux build is far from anything stable. I'll try and look into it when there is
time.

Hi all,
DVD-o-matic version 0.56 is now available from
http://carlh.net/software/dvdomatic/download.php
The changes in this version are:
* 64-bit Windows build provided which should help
with crashes on using lots of encoding threads on
64-bit machines.
* Basic support for DVD and Blu-Ray subtitles; they
can be burnt into the DCP at configurable size and
position.
* Support for DCI naming of DCPs.
* Allow selection of one of multiple audio streams
in source material.
* Various fixes for audio/video sync with some source
files.
* Fixes for problems with source files of varying pixel
format.
* Fix bugs with handling of YUV422-format source files.
* Remove option to black out trims at the end of DCPs;
replace it with options to trim both start and end of
DCPs.
If you have any problems or comments, feel free to email me
directly on cth(a)carlh.net or contact the mailing list using
dvdomatic(a)carlh.net.
Best regards
