Do you mean when you play it back in DCP-o-matic? That is only a preview,
and there is no sound (yet) so that is normal.

Unfortunately playing back DCPs on your PC is not easy. Here are some
possible solutions:

It may be easiest to take your DCP into the cinema and test it there.
