 - When a job is finished a concluding message would be nice 
 What sort of message?  A pop-up window? 
In the presence of multiple progressbars (Examine content plus Transcoding) users might
not necessarily associate "OK" in Transcoding with "DCP done // written //
finished". No biggie, a clearer progressbar conclusion would do.
