Dear Igor,Thank you for the notes, maybe you are right! I made more disk space, however I had 1 TB free space on the destination drive and over 100 GB on the main drive, where the operating system as well. Now the computing digest started, so I could enter into the second part of the transcode. I will get back to you, if it is succsed.I am aware of the 50 Mbit is to low, just tryed to make DCP as fast as possible. However I am not aware how to export mp4 or other output than DCP, in DCP-O-Matic. Could you let me know? The DCP prewiew plays well on both computer.Best regards,PéterPéter VidámiHead of ProductionADS Service Kft.H – 1112 Budapest Neszmélyi út 13./B.Tel: +36 1 224 56 95fax: +36 1 224 56 97

Tárgy: Re[2]: Re[2]: Re[2]: [DCP-o-matic] DKDM problemThanks. The lines in the log file2018. 08. 27. 11:22:19: ERROR:2018. 08. 27. 11:22:19: ERROR:2018. 08. 27. 11:22:19: ERROR: Error in job: ()are not much informative. At least I don't see anything useful from them except it is a fact of error. I think Carl should take a look on it.As far as I understand, your encrypted-DCP is located on disk H:\ and your unencrypted project is located on disk E:\.I still have a feeling that you have low free space on target disk (E:\). How many free disk space did you have before starting "make DCP" process and after error appear?I see you have reduced jpeg-2000 bandwidth from 100Mbit/s to 50Mbit/s. In my opinion this value is too low as for DCP. It is not the reason of the problem, just for note.Is this DCP plays OK? Try to rewind it to problem time and play it. If it will play OK, I would try to export the DCP as mp4/mov just for test--Regards, Igor Voytovich27 августа 2018, 15:35:49, от "Vidámi Péter" <headofproduction@adsservice.hu>:Sure, please find it below:I want to have unencrypted video files to cut trailers etc.Best,PéterPéter VidámiHead of ProductionADS Service Kft.H – 1112 Budapest Neszmélyi út 13./B.Tel: +36 1 224 56 95fax: +36 1 224 56 97From: iva_co [mailto:iva_co@ukr.net]

Subject: Re[2]: [DCP-o-matic] DKDM problemDo you have enough disk space to create the DCP?--Regards, Igor VoytovichDear Carl, Dear Colleagues,I have a new difficulty meanwhile I trying to decrypt a DCP.I have received the DKDM to the leaf certificate, confirmed by Carl. You can find attached:· My certificate· The DKDM· The CPL file of the DCP· Error messageI imported the DCP then added the DKDM, and started to make a new DCP. It starts without any problem but around 70% it makes an error and stops. I have tried to re-download the DCP via Aspera again, but had the same issue. I have tried on 2 different Windows 10 computer one have Nvidia, other have is AMD video card, with the same DCP-O-Matic 2.12.6. And on the AMD computer there appeared the attached error message.Could you please advise what to try? Or what can be the problem?I have just updated the latest DCP-O-Matic to the Nvida computer, and trying the same process again, we will see, what happens.Thank you in advance!Best regards,PéterPéter VidámiHead of ProductionADS Service Kft.H – 1112 Budapest Neszmélyi út 13./B.Tel: +36 1 224 56 95fax: +36 1 224 56 97-----Original Message-----
