I don't think this is critical under given conditions. Which OS will you put on that
machine? I guess 4GB each CPU is sufficient, if the machine is only used for DCP-o-matic
remote server.
It depends on the number of threads set for the encoding client, and for these AMD CPUs, I
don't think more than 6-12threads per CPU make sense. We don't have too many
benchmarks for AMD CPUs, you may want to try around the thread# setting to find the sweet
spot for them.
