Hi there,
Try renaming the folder
/Users/your_user_Name/Library/Preferences/com.dcpomatic
to something else (e.g. com.dcpomatic.old)
then re-running DCP-o-matic.

I've tried reinstallation numerous times but to no effect. I've also updated the

the previous one.
My operating system is MacOS Mojave 10.14.1, but the problem appeared while using MacOS
High Sierra.
Have you got any clues what should I do if the reinstallation and the OS upgrade
haven't helped?
