If it's a 1.78:1 image inside boxing you just need to set the "crop"
controls in DCP-o-matic to remove the boxing.  That way, DoM will scale
the actual image rather than also scaling your boxing.

So: crop to remove boxing, scale to 1.78:1, DCI flat container should do
it.
