It is there in the content tab, but is missing in the default preferences tab.

But some of these, e.g. scale to and content creator are mixed up anyway, also in the localizations, so I guess Carl will issue a fix soon.

No big deal, as these prefs can be overriden anyway, and content creator ID is really not of much use currently.
