Page 24 #7 clearly states that DCP-o-matic is evil.
Based on my experience in the Quebec City Film Festival and a few
others we work with through akaDCP, I will personally not endorse or
follow this document. And declare that DCP-o-matic is the real
revolution for independent producers in the digital cinema revolution
thing.
I keep reading and getting the useful bits. The work and experience
behind those lines are not to be neglected.

Not particularly ;-) But we Do know why, don't we?
I suppose it depends in who is behind it. I don't really know. It get
worst, to the point of absolute non-sense.
Of course, I will not deny the great amount of work and experience
reflected in this document.
I am sure one could compile a more compact and stringent set of recommendations targeted
to the independent film-maker.
This has really inspired me to do so. Suggestions welcomed.
