And another one - reset/delete prefs. I came across a few instances with bad prefs,
causing the software to hang under windows when trying to access Preferences. For most
users, it is not easy to get access to their settings folder manually (hidden, access
rights, etc.) in order to delete the preference file.

choice to install only for the current or all users. Makes it easier to use the encode
server component on standard/non-admin user accounts.
