I hope all is well. I am trying to use your program for the first time. I obtained it from the classifications division and installed it from the business card USB they circulated. I am following the instructions in the word file they included. I am trying to make a silent DCP with a "No Smoking announcement of 10 seconds. It all seems to work OK but when I try to load the package onto the GDC Server I can see the folder I have made but when I try to ingest I get the message "No Packages Found".
