Technically, it wouldn't be so complicated to
create a suiitable environment for DCP copying/formatting drives. Someone would need to
create a beefed up boot-stick
or virtual machine with the necessary tools and a simple GUI.
I'm looking into a way around this (Windows/OS X utility to format/write
EXT2).
