Just had a look.  If I set everything to 0 there is a 4 min difference between video and audio, this is not the case when dragging files into Premiere. Maybe I should just reimport everything;(. That will be the problem - when you insert video and audio separately, you need to trim ALL files that need to run in parallel with the same parameters.
