Hi. I've sent an encrypted interop DCP (to Berlin from US) to be screened in a room using DVC Clipster. They are having problems with it, saying the image is black and getting errors about the picture size and a mix of interop and SMPTE elements. Everything passes validation on our end and plays fine on easyDCP player. We've tried multiple keys, but that didn't seem to be the issue.
