[DCP-o-matic Users] 2.16.0 translations

Hi all, I hope everyone is doing well. DCP-o-matic 2.16.0 is hopefully (really this time) nearly ready for release; there's just one showstopper (failure of DCPs on some Sonys), which I think I have a fix for, and which needs some testing.
