Is there a file called "ffprobe.log" in your DCP-o-matic project folder?

Typically when I load in a video, the audio channels have a green mark indicating which
channel will be encoded where is needs to go. When I load in this video, it doesn’t show
any
green marks except the center channel. When I analyze the audio, it only shows the
center channel and non of the rest of the 7.1.

Hello,
I love your program and works great with
everything I’m doing for the Melbourne Film Festival that I’m presenting all the entries.
The issue I’m having is a video that was sent in
that is a ProRes/.mov video that is 7.1 sound is not automatically populating the sound
channels for DCP-O-Matic. Can you help me
with this issue?
Hi Billy,
Can you clarify what you mean by "not automatically populating"? I'm not
quite clear on it.
Kind regards,
Carl
