I agree with that (you only have a scope dcp trailer and you want it in flat). Is it
already possible to re-do a DCP from its mxf's nowadays ?
Not directly with DCP-o-matic. It won't read the audio MXF, so you just can't
recompose an existing DCP with image and audio. Of course you could convert the audiopart
into WAV/BWF and reimport, but then currently you're back to CLI unwrappers, etc.
