It was possible in some old versions of DCP-o-matic to get video content
starting at, say, 4.5 frames after the project start. This causes all
kinds of problems, so recent versions prevent this and check all projects
that are loaded to see if they have bad start times. If they do, the
content is moved (by a fraction of a frame). This warning just lets you
know it happened.
