After I made the DCP in 250mbit, I wanted to make one in 500mbit
and stumbled upon the options 'Allow any DCP framerate' in
Preferences -> Advanced ;-) So I guess DOM actually got the
feature built in, no hack needed... :D

I thought even with that checkmark, there was still some checks for
SMPTE allowed framerates? So, only to split all 'formally allowed'
framerates from the safe 24/25/30/48?
Not as far as I can see... I made a 120fps DCP and it didn't complain.
