So you made a new DCP? Or supplemntal (VF)? BTW, sometimes I get errors like "file size [fact size] is inconrrect (should be [expected size])". In this case, if I have not internet access at the moment, or I'm lazy to re-download file :) I edit PKL manually by printing correct size in bytes of file on which I got error. To look size of file you need open properties of file, on which you got error message. We then modified the source file of the movie for some post-production adjustments and re-exported it and got this error, then we shortened the source file to just 30 second (to send some short test to the cinema over FTP) and tried to tune some parameters of dcp-o-matic and got the same error every time.
