I can recreate the crash using the dummy video to which Carsten linked here two days ago
(https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5582554/Count300_24.mov).

I just do the following:

Create a new project called BLAH.
On the Video tab, load the video referenced above.
Change to the Audio tab, and enter "-10" at "Audio Gain".
Select "Jobs"->"Make DCP"

That's all; after two or three seconds, I get this dialog box:

I'm using DVD-o-matic 0.89 (Windows 64-bit) under Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Promply, DVDom (both the full gui and the batch encoder) crash as soon as the conversion is started.
