If it's common 4:2:0 VDSLR footage, you shouldn't bother. I know, making choices
can be painful. Higher numbers always indicate higher quality, and where do you draw the
line?
If this is not only created for the DCP conversion, but will be your final personal
master, I guess I would opt for Prores4444. At least this can be played back in realtime
AND gives you good quality for any further conversions.
