Be careful that you aren't confusing the DCP-o-matic project with the DCP.
If you look at this diagram:
https://dcpomatic.com/manual/html/ch14.html
you see that when you make a DCP-o-matic project it writes some extra
stuff. Your actual DCP is the folder with the long name. Give *that*
folder to DCP transfer and it should be happy.
