I guess we need to know more about that specific DCP/CPL. It seems there are other DCPs created with DOM without that issue on that server?

DCP-o-matic has never been notorious for creating invalid DCPs - except for that short period between 2.11.21 and 2.11.34 or so, where an unlucky openjpeg patch sneaked in. Even those did not cause a playback rejection on Dolbys, but 'just' caused stuttering playback or stopping.

Can you make the metadata of that specific DCP available - that is, everything except the MXF files? They should compress to a very small ZIP, so you can attach it to a mailinglist posting.
