[DCP-o-matic] mute audio sub wav file

Hi Carl ,.. Thank you for all the time you've spent making DCP-o-matic for the rest of us. It is gratefully appreciated. I have a Final Cut Pro exported MXF file with video and audio. I want to mute the audio then substitute a WAV file for the audio that's in the Final Cut Pro MXF file. I can Import the Final Cut Pro MXF and the WAV files into the DCP film I'm making; and, I'm guessing I can go to the Audio map for the MXF file and de-select everything. Then, select the WAV file, go to the Audio Map for the WAV file and route the audio to the DCP channels .. Will this do the trick? Or, is there a better way to mute the audio in the MXF file and substitute the WAV audio for it? When I look at the Audio map for the Final Cut Pro MXF file, it comes out as a Single channel (Center) - and it doesn't sound like Stereo. The WAV file - IS - Stereo, I can hear it. I wish I had 5.1 audio to work with but I had the audio Mastered as Stereo (this is before I started to learn about DCP's from reading your DCP-o-matic manual ..). Also, the Timing of the MXF video and the WAV audio is sync'ed; so, I think it should come out sync'ed in the DCP or will that change when I make the DCP?
