Thanks Игорь but no, we got the same error also when we sent the DCP with an external drive (we have done this two times...).

Hi everyone. I met this problem before, in most cases this happens, when you download DCP via internet through ftp-client. Ftp-clients have 2 modes of file transfer - binary and ASCII. In ASCII mode (by default in FileZilla as I remember) text files (CPLs, PKLs and other xml-s are text) may be transfered incorrectly, if host and server OS are different. Windows uses CR+LF as end-of-line symbol, modern OS X and Limux OS use LF as far as I know. Changing transfer mode in ftp-client from ASCII to binary solves this problem.
Filippo, probably you need simply re-download your xml-files, put them into your DCP with replacement and try ingest it to server again

Thanks Lilian,
attached you can find what you requested and also a screen-shot of the error from the Doremi Ingest Manager console.

Looking forward for your feedback, we don't know what to do to fix this :-(

Did you simply try to recreate or retransfer the DCP?

What kind of media did you use to transfer it? How large is the DCP?
