I think that can happen with broken frame rates, like 29,97. I had it happen recently when I used a short clip generated from Powerpoint, which magically had a 30.000003 frame rate. There was a bug cleared recently that dealt with trims sitting between frame boundaries. I understand this message may sound a bit frightening...
