Normally DCP-o-matic will deal gracefully with overlapping track elements
- adding black or silence as needed. You could actually check wether it's
done right when you simply open the newly created MXF file in Audacity (yes
it will open DCP Audio-MXFs directly. You can then also open your source
file and compare both lengths. I would assume that in this case there is
one additional frame of silence.
If you speak CPL-XML fluently, you could probably also identify the proper
track length in there.
