Can I just try again to clarify this.

Do you have an example of an old DCP you made some time ago which used to play, and now this *same* DCP plays with bad sound?

Or are you saying only *new* DCPs you have made recently have the sound problem?

If you would like to share one of these DCPs, I'll be happy to take a look at it.
