There is no general DCP test tool in the asdcplib tool suite.

Random Index Pack (RIP) for details.
Some QC workflows will include parts of chapters 3 and 4 of the CTP which in turn is
utilizing a bunch of asdcplib tools to run tests.
Interesting that DoM would generate MXFs without the RIP - asdcplib should provide all the
required bells and whistles when requesting MXF. Can you confirm, Carl?
