[DCP-o-matic] Needed help to start working on bugs/features

Hi All, I registered to DCP o matic [https://dcpomatic.com/mantis/] today. I am planning to use dcp-o-matic in my next project and I saw that there is an open feature request https://dcpomatic.com/mantis/view.php?id=1329 I need full screen playback feature for my next project .Could you please help me on start on this.
